Hk vs. USA Covid-19 cases. HK has experience from SARS and so everyone quickly followed containment policies. Macau even just discharged their last case with no deaths. Watching news, govt announcements, CDC from the US it appears they are still on a learning curve, and thus the exponential growth of cases.
