District Council elections begin this morning in HK (every 4 years), the first since protests and first where all 452 seats are open. Legislative Council (LegCo) half elections next Fall (every 4 years) and Chief Executive indirect election in 2022 (every 5 years). Peaceful leading up to this. What will happen tomorrow though? #suffrage #prayforhk
